Who the hell is TO? Tito Ortiz? My brother went to one of his ultimate fighting seminars and there was nothing about resistance bands sorry.

Wow I'm amazed this thread is still running. Well anyways I decided to make a major change to my gym routines and here is the results. On the left is my fatass self back in Feb, the right was taken today. I'm very pleased with the results but this is only the beginning.

Bodylastics build and materials are actually pretty good (I have a set). Agree 100% about them being way inferior to weights though.

do interval workouts ...


do sprints for 90 seconds followed by as many pushups as you can

you will definitely burn all the fat from your tummy.

id say best way to lose fat is to do 20 mins of interval cardio first thing in the morning followed by a full ab workout and continue with another 25 mins of interval cardio.
