Ohio State v. Texas for Fiesta Bowl - Page 2

I believe OSU's tv ratings for bowls are very, very high. 3-4 points higher than some other schools (independents, etc) , so they're attractive for a big bowl whether or not their on-field performance is that special.

all true comments. that being said. the line will be at least -10.5 Texas. if it was against Bama, probably a pick em

Ohio State and Penn State AND Michigan State are gonna get rocked! There are waaaay too many damn bowl games by the way.

Fuck UF. I hope they lose by 50 or run their school bus off a cliff on the way to miami. You know how many cliffs we have in florida. It's bound to happen.

You're in gainesville and you hate the Gators? Who do you like, the Canes or Criminoles? Maybe you're a displaced Dawg fan still fuming about the ass-raping you received? Which is it?

I don't like the other schools. I mean, i used to live in auburn a bit but i'm not a huge tiger fan. I hate hate hate the gators though. SEC fans make me want to punch myself in the throat. Or at least puncture my ear drums so i can't hear them speak about football.

Yeah, I mean, who would want to see either Cinici or Vtech play a decent team? At least this way we'd actually have better games to watch.

However, I don't see why Boise didn't get a BCS bid; they got screwed big time.

No. I'm glad they're playing eachother which i'm sure was calculated by the selection committee. I was saying neither of those teams should be playing as they're terrible. I'd much rather see Texas Tech vs. Boise St. if you want to go off of rankings. Would be a very interesting matchup of high powered offenses. The bcs sucks.

We shouldn't even be playing you people.

You gonna get raped.

Texas has a slim chance of a share of the national championship if it destroys Ohio State and Oklahoma narrowly beats Florida. Texas by three touchdowns.

Get plenty of whiskey now. You'll be drinking lots of it.

The only way for Texas to get the AP Championship is for Florida to beat Oklahoma and Texas absolutely crush Ohio St. Still, I don't see that happening as the AP already has us at number 1.

I have a lot of confidence in the senior receivers and Pryor's arm. Chris Wells would be a Heisman candidate if he didn't miss a few games due to injury. That said, yeah, we're going to get owned.
