Not a bomber jacket.  It lacks the crucial details: the larger collar the ribbed cuffs and hem, all designed for protection against the elements, the slant flapped waist pockets, all of which made the bomber jacket unique and interesting in the  first place.  That Brooks Brothers thing is something devoid of soul designed to be sold to bland yuppies.
Point of trivia: the B-3 is the only jacket I think of as a "bomber" jacket and that's the shearling one with fleece collar, cuffs, and bottom, with unflapped buttoned slanted pockets. You must be talking about another variety of military "flight" jacket--the MA-1 perhaps? That's the only one I can think of with slanted flap pockets. The problem I always have with leather jackets for weekday wear is that the iconic leather jackets (like military flight jackets and motorcycle style jackets) are too casual to work well in my conservative business environment, while things like that Brooks Brothers jacket, while it would fit in, are kind of bland. I wouldn't go so far as to say devoid of soul, but definitely bland.
