had a stomach virus for 2 days so i'm taking a total of 4 days off from training. i am losing it since i can't train. is this normal? is some time off once in a while good? i'm alweays concerned i will shrink.

*** Okay, is this a serious post? Do you really think you'll lose any size or appreciable strength (unrelated to dehydration or loss of appetite secondary to illness) in 4 days? Some time off is good IMO.
