There's a SF seller who "conne-d" me with an iPod he was selling. Agreed to a sale with me, and then told me someone else offered $15 more. He thought he would have the courtesy to see if I'd match.

$15? Really?

Moderators do not intervene in buyer seller disputes. In my time as a mod I can think of only one example where mods have bought in - that was very recent - but we do not get in the middle of any of the 'he said he sent it but i checked with the post office and paypal said that if they said...' crap.

Well, I am in a situation now where I had paid the seller for two item nov.30th at SF, it took him four days to response back to me , he told me some blank email I sent him, a confirmation # was sent to me, this does not proof he actually sent the item. Now it is Dec 10th, I still have not receive the items, I told the seller that I am very concern, seller told me that he gave it to his mail department at his dorm, maybe they are just too busy and the USPS are also pretty busy over the holiday that I should wait two more days. So I will wait two days. What is my recourse after two days and still have not received the item. can I file a complain with Paypal to recover the money. I know that this apply to item bought on ebay , do SF buyer get similar protection. for item not received. My hope is that the USPS priority mail is slow and I will receive the items tomorrow.

dude, the tracking # is 9405 5036 9930 0060 8962 39 you can call USPS and see what they say.. the item has shipped. I've sold literally hundreds of items here, if you seem to think that I somehow printed a label and kept the items I don't know what to say.. feel free to contact paypal and file a complaint, but when the stuff shows up in a few days (or the tracking info gets updated, cause USPS is notoriously slow), then at least cancel the complaint..

Hello Teger , the items finally arrive today, Thank You so much, My apology to you for having doubts. I quess for every one to be warn that the USPS will be very slow during this time of the year.
