Big thanks trailer. Great detailed description, I'm really liking the APC NS comparison. One last question, which lot are yours?

mine are lot 10 actually. i was worried about the waist when they first arrived but they were fine. after hot wash, i could still button them all the way up.

If it's not already gone, I'd be interested in some Sami Advertising up on my wall! I wouldn't think of it as advertising, more like a collectible reflecting a keen interest in denim.

Those were mine before I sold them. I thought the rise was way too small and I also needed to size up 1. Unfortunately, they didn't make a size 33, so I gave up.

Got my Samurai 0500 in today from e2nd... 32x36, lot 10. i wear 30 in APC NS, usually buy 32 size so pretty much true to size.

pics were right after the soak so they are still really wet.

the style is Leepro :: other than being a 510 silhouette, details are identical to Yamato 001jp and 003jp [which prolly will be their slimmest cut]. there's not much love for exposed pocket selvedge @ the forums. personally, i don't really give a shiet__ don't need a dozen japs that look and fit the same.

the denim is different from any that i got and the silverware is not too shabby, either. overall, the look is distinct + i've been hankering for a leepro that does not have the usual [wide] back pocket placement.
