Anyone know a specialist in the CT - NYC area, for Lyme disease I've had no luck with finding the right Doctor

You need a rheumatologist if your GP can't help you. For this, you will need a referral. Typically it's treated with antibiotics. Not sure what complications you have requiring the "right doctor".

i went to a neurologist and rheumatologist when there was concern i had lyme. originally they thought MS. turned out it was some garbage can fibromyalgia diagnosis and food allergies.

You're probably near a major academic medical center (Yale, Columbia, NYU), and each one probably has at least one clinician who specializes in Lyme disease. Check their websites.
