does this mean the cap is back up to $250?

^^ Cap was never $250. It's $200. In June the eBay cashback % bounced from 35 to 30 to 10 to 30 to 10 to 15 to 10 to 20 to 25 to 10 to 15 to 20 to 10 to 20 to 18 to ..... A new thread everytime the % changes is not a good idea. The system is buggy and goes down temporarily quite often, we don't need a thread everytime that happens either. I'm surprised that it's been a steady 25 for so long. eBay mentioned this Black Friday/Cyber Monday 30 a while ago, take advantage while you can. If I understand what you're saying, yes. One per person, not household. I don't see that in my account. The system does seem buggy though. Like the 0 days pending before they'll probably fix it.

Yesterday I made 3 purchases. Two were instant 30% cash back. I recieved slightly over $300 in instant cashback and am waiting for $30.

Sometimes. I've done two this week and both are on 60-day holds.

I keep reading these threads and hating that only US residents are eligible...

I used it yesterday and got 30% with the instant cash back.

The cap was $250 at least back in July. I know because I bought a LCD TV then and maxed out on the cashback.

Can anyone explain how to use the cashback for ebay?

i've created a cashback account and signed in before searching for the item on live search. so i see one of the results on top has the live search cashback beside it and clicked on it. i am then directed to ebay with all my search results. i clicked on the item i intend to purchase and click on the "buy it now" tab. i am then brought to either the "commit to buy" or checkout page, depending on whether i need to make immediate payment. BUT on both screens, there is no indication of cashback available, and it seems that there SHOULD be.

any help here?

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but does anybody know if the 12 purchase limit applies only to ebay transactions, or if it applies to all transactions? I searched from live.com and purchased something from shoebuy -- it had only 15% cash back, as opposed to the 30%. Other sellers had cash back that varied from about 8% to about 19%. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The 12 is just for eBay; there is a $2500/yr max on everything though.

I think the 30% will come back again. Holiday season sales are terrible this year and incentives are going to be abundent.

it's down to 20% as of now but if you search "wii", the second link will show 25% off a particular ebay store. use that link and BIN on whatever item you want for the extra 5% off (instead of flat 20%).
