Here is an email that paypal even sent me:

"Dear ...,

Thank you for contacting PayPal today regarding the Microsoft Live Cash
Back promotion. It was a pleasure speaking with you and I am glad I was
able to assist you today.

You will receive a provisional credit in your account for the purchase
made in October through the Microsoft Live that is still in the pending
status. Per our conversation you should see funds in your account
within 24-48 hours.

When the funds are released from that status and are deposited into your
account we will remove the credit from your account.

one of my cashback purchases is listed at 0 days but it's not pending, available or in process. anyone have the same issue?

Live is at 8% right now. Terrible.

You can still get 3% from Ebates. Nothing compared to 30%, but it's something I guess.
