Nice shoes--not over-the-top as many Berlutis are--and almost new. Be really careful to determine size/fit.

RLPL Made in ITaly monks. Nail pattern seems to indicate Sutor, but not 100% sure. Anyone?

They're a tad on the narrow side?

Jinda, I don't know about that, although they may be. Someone like RJman might be able to give us the norms on Berluti vis-a-vis fit. I was thinking more about getting the conversion right, as I seem to have a vague impression that Berluti might, like Weston, be a little idiosyncratic with respect to marked sizes.

The wear doesn't look all that great to me. The heels, for example, seem to have almost none. I don't know the Tramezza models, but if EL72 is reading this, he could tell you both the model and a reasonable price. To my eye, those are very nice shoes seemingly made on a last somewhat similar to the EG 888. I'd guess that anything under $200 would be a good deal (although I'm prepared to be corrected on that) if you want a pair of dress semi-brogues. Damn nice shoes!

Good question -- not sure about the exact model name but they do look really nice. If they were my size, I'd go up to $169 on them...

They are a nice-looking shoe... especially for Berluti. I'd love to be able to examine them in person - to really appraise the leather (as I believe the leather on Berlutis varies greatly, or so I've read...)

Yup, I'm pretty sure those are Gherardos (I have them in suede). I can't advise on price as I don't buy any used shoes.

A little hinged case circa 1870 sized for calling cards. Made of bone veneered with tortoise shell and mother-of-pearl all joined with silver and lined in velvet. It might just look nice on gentleman's desk next to his Narhwhal tusk.

Still available on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=013

Very nice!

If ever an item was calling out the name "Labelking", this is it.
