Cool Shoes, Paraphernalia & Desiderata - Page 578

Just saw these .. would apprecitae advice on whether this is a good price or not. As per my education so far from styleforum the "peal & co" are made by c&j (right?). This appears to be a good price compared to the prices for c&j shoes at plal and pediwear. I am looking at the 9.5D wood brown apron gibson Link to ebay

my guess is these are sargent from the recent $100 sale at the bb outlets. I think its a solid buy, but you're not buying c&j (if you were, they'd have been long gone).

Thanks vinuospleasure ... are the peal&co shoes sold at bb outlets (dont know if there is one close to Houston, but never been to one) different from the ones sold at their regular stores?

Same shoes. Many were in the stores and online (Brook Bros.) early 07 and 06.

Brown suede Tramezza Gherardo 9.5D (runs narrow) http://cgi.ebay.com/Salvatore-Ferrag...QQcmdZViewItem Seller also has a Brown Denis loafer in that size and Daniely in 10D

Weird Mantellassi grey wingtips (and the seller is infringing on shoe's decadent copyright, in ALL CAPS to boot). Wear these are you're a shoo-in (pardon the many bad puns) to win Kent's contest. http://cgi.ebay.com/1295-Superb-Mant...QQcmdZViewItem

anyone know what last this is on? I wear UK10E in the 337, although I'm a US11. UK sizing always seems to be a full size big on me. I'm thinking these might be too big. Any one might think otherwise?

Tramezza's Gherardo is a perfect D/medium width for me
I think alot of folks that don't own this shoe are saying it runs narrow.
Many shoe owners on SF agree it does not run narrow.

I do own this shoe (and other Tramezzas fyi) in 9.5EE and they fit like a 9.5E. I can wear some D width shoes but never Tramezzas. If you are on the narrow side of D, you can probably make it work (especially since suede will stretch more) but if you're on the wide side of a D, you will find it too tight.

I thought the forum consensus was that RM Williams were better made? These have almost hit the price of new RMWs...

I have one of each and I think the C&J is clearly superior.

Is there a way to keep banned members from accessing this thread? Maybe he'll stick his purchase up proudly on AAAC. I'm sure he'll read this and find some way to attack me there.
