Those look like Mantellassi which in my experience run about half a size small to true to size.

Or you could just walk into one of the larger brooks brothers, see if it is available and covered by the 25% off sale running right now, try it on for fit, and get a first quality shoe for a dollar more.

They look like fantastic shoes. I have no idea what the seller's reserve is, and the listing does not mention they are seconds.

For anyone who missed the Bennie's extravaganza, the much-admired Paul Stuart Grenson Masterpiece butterfly loafers:

Time to duke it out, guys! Let's see whether the buyer can beat Bennie's price.

Hey Can anyone tell me the REAL size of those butterfly loafers? You see so many opinions on the Grenson sizing.

I can comfortably wear a 337 C&J Audley in 10 1/2 E (Could wear a 10 with the lacing forming a pronounced V as opposed to completly closed) and a 10 1/2 Grenson Butterfly loafer. Be advised though that the Grenson is a bit tighter in the forefoot and has less space in the toe box. It is fitting very close to my foot but still comfortable. Hope that helps.

I just want to get something off my chest that I did not want to do during the big sale.

I HATE butterfly loafers.

I feel better now.

Despite our differences regarding Bull Durham, I have to say I'm behind you all the way on this one (and I love loafers, generally).
