A Euro 43 converts to about a 9.75 US, so that some 43s would fit like a 9.5 and others like a 10. In any case, can we be sure that these are actually 43s? The size designation in the shoe: "430 C" would, in some ways, suggest a 43, but the length definitely doesn't. If the outside length is 13", as the seller indicates, these shoes will be a lot
bigger than Euro 43 or US 10. This seems particularly true because of the minimal sole extension. This means that the insole length might be around 12" or more (this could be checked with the seller), and that would perhaps suggest something on the order of a US 11.5. The width does seem narrow, with the sole width measurement of 4". So a C width is probably correct.
