here are grenson limited ediition, 10.5 UK currently $102: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=290198436262 I believe these were made to masterpiece standards. The shoe is from 1992, the owner claims they were worn once...looks gently worn to me with some creases. I'm thinking bennies at $200 - $250 for last years model is a better deal. What do you guys think?

I don't think they're made to masterpiece standards - I think they're made to footmaster standards with a number of masterpiece details, such as channelled soles.

These look nice, with about 17 hours to go. Looks like the Bramley. Not sure about the last, but it looks something like the 8000 to me. Am I missing something here (only one bid so far)? Check size out carefully with seller, though, as 43.5 Euro is not equal to 8.5 UK or US.

I had my eye on a pair of these 6 months ago and checked with grenson: Dear Sir, Thank you for your email. These shoes would be made to our Masterpiece collection standard but that has been discontinued and replaced by our Rose Collection. Regards,

To the EU or the US? I see something like $15 to another destination in Italy. But, hey, if you can get a pair of good-condition JLobb oxfords on the 8000 last for $100 (or even $250), who cares if shipping is a little on the high side?

Oh, by the way, the seller's answer to someone's question indicates that these shoes are 8.5 UK or 9.5 US and 42.5 (not 43.5) Euro.

I read the first page of that on my return to AAAC after several weeks/ months away, and I was almost tempted to respond but didn't. The 'Doc' is offering opinion, albeit decades of experience, but as medical evidence goes, it is fairly weak.
