Very nice RLPL boots 7.5/8 on eBay
wow that's a ridiculous find. From the heel they look like slightly older RLPL EGs. They must be at least 5 years old? someone else will know better.

I have a pair of Stetsons, wish these were my size.

IMO, the quality is very very good.

if i had to guess, my guess would be that it's marked 9/9.5 E, so UK 9E and US 9.5E. but one should check.

But I consider it to be UK9.5E.Because it is listed as us10 in the item description. And the seller are from UK.SO I;ll guess it's a UK9.5E.

You can see he has altered the siize of the second pair to what he thinks is USA size.

The box says 9.5E. The box also says Ralph Lauren. Ralph Lauren sells in the US - and marks his boxes with the US size (or at least, the one's I have). Thus, it's probably a US 9.5E.

But I could be wrong.

The Allen Edmonds Auction Store http://stores.ebay.com/Allen-Edmonds...dZ2QQpZ5QQtZkm now has black Park Avenue seconds in every size from 8.5 through 13 (minus 12.5) , all in D width. $195 BIN

What does it mean when they say "slightly imperfect"? Is there a defect that can be picked up by the naked eye or...?

The seller is in the UK though. I can't imagine that RL sells UK-made shoes in the UK with a US size mark - but I could be wrong.

I would also guess it's an EG mark 9.5/10E since the seller indicates US size as 10

I've never bought any of the seconds, but anyone who has and has posted here about it has always said that the imperfections were barely noticeable. What may be more telling is that no one, to my knowledge, has posted any complaints about them and no one is shy about complaining around here.
