Maybe stretching from the shoe trees? I've never seen that myself.

It's possible, but it also might be a stretch point from either shoe trees or the little toe from a wide foot. The camera angle makes it very difficult to tell since the reflection of the light ends just beyond the point in question. That could be what's making it look damaged as well....

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of bidding, to ask for more pics.

I, myself, will not be among the competitors.

Lobb motorcycle boots. The seller is our own "Shoe"

Here's Brians Ebay listing

His starting price is a very attractive $698. A used pair of the same Lobb motorcycle boots sold for $1500 last month.

I could be wrong, but something stinks here.

A first time seller for sizes 11.5 and 12 high-end shoes. Has the same first time buyer (lazarusnewsoul) leading the bids for all of his shoes.

You're right, it does look sketchy.

Well, either the guy just bought his own shoes or someone got a nice deal on some Lobbs...

I think it was a legit auction but with shill bidding which backfired. He's gonna have a lot of fees to pay...

That was my guess.... a shill bid with a built-in reserve. If that's the case I doubt he will pay the fees....either the shill bid account will just so happen to be a non-payer or he'll abandon the seller account. Weird.

well, he could do a 2nd chance...looks like he had a real bidder close to the top.
