Cool Shoes, Paraphernalia & Desiderata - Page 6

I like it. The sole looks similar to one of my Polo C&J's, but I will have to check. And of course, anybody can copy it.

Let me explain. Baldessarini (Boss's luxury line) shoes were originally made by Lazslo Vass and are now made by Crockett and Jones. I don't know if they are made to handgrade standards but that's a damn good price for any new C&J.

Since we've crossed over to non-shoe leather goods, check this out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....IT&rd=1 It'll probably end up being more than I want to spend, but this is pretty rare on ebay.

welp, bring this one back to life. rename it to "blah blah desiderata and stuff" for old time's sake.

There's a lot of Edward Greens on Ebay lately, FWIW.

Those are marked 43B - is that a very narrow 9.5?
Sounds about right to me. I'm not sure how European widths are marked, though.

Euro 43 is closer to a 9. It seems very narrow, but perhaps you should email the seller if you're interested. Here is a website that converts among shoe sizes (Euro, US, UK, Japan, etc.):

http://www.onlineconversion.com/clothing_shoes_mens.htm

Of course, we all know the precise conversion depends on the maker, the last, etc.

This is a confusing listing. In the title line, the shoes are described as 43D, whereas further down, they're said to be 43B. Further, if the seller's insole length measurement of 12" is correct, there's just no way a round-toe shoe like this is a US 9. For anyone interested, I'd get back to the seller with some questions, and I'd have him/her remeasure the insole length for starters.

Brooks brothers saddle shoes (white buck and tan) 10D. Not exactly exciting, but I like the way they look.
