They finally went for over 700+ for the Grants+trees. A little steep IMO.

Regards.

Cripes. Maybe I should be buying up grants during RL's sales to flip on ebay.

Yes, it was a little steep. I stopped bidding @550. The winner had been buying a lot of E width AEs from 10.5 to 12. The 11.5D Grant is not a wide shoe.

Mr Monty, i noticed that too. I believe it will be tight on his foot with his recent buying history/spree.
Will recheck again in 3-5 weeks....*Barely worn Grant 11.5 for sale*...

Regards.

edward green suede, bin $375, these are lovely, not sure if I care for the elastic, but I think I'd pull the trigger if they were my size

From the auction description itself:

"I DESCIBE THIS PAIR OF SHOES AS NIB BECAUSE I WORE THEM ONCE."

These look to be made by C&J so I would think, yes.

Yes. They are made by C&J; channelled soles, Goodyear welted, with uppers made to C&J normal line standards, as far as we can gather. Great lasts.

I don't do this much, but there's a service selling Russia Calf belts and leathergoods from Canada. The workmanship is a bit rough around the edges and the made to measure shoes they are trying to sell are rather odd, but the price for a Russia Calf belt is about 75% less than New & Lingwood wants. The buckles on these are kind of nasty, but a cobbler could probably put on a different one. Just thought I'd give a head's up to anyone interested. And yes, the thrill of Russia Calf is the myth behind it, it's not going to change your life.

You went about $100 farther than I did.

Nice shoes, but I don't really "need" them, so I was on the sidelines by halftime.

Ralph Lauren Polo Benchmade England Boots 10 1/2 $1000

Ending soon, currently at $45, seems like a nice pick-up for somebody (no affliation with the seller, of course).
