I have two concerns:
- They might be a little big for me
- If you looking at the bidding activity, someone outbid me and then unregistered. It went like this
bidder a: $415
me : $476
bad bidder: $481
I think I should be offered the shoes for $420 or so since the bad bidder had no intention of buying the shoes.
Questions:
- Should I push for $420 or am I being greedy?
- If they don't fit, will I be able to get my money back out of the shoes?
tia,
I'd definitely determine the seller's return policy unless you're sure that a UK 11 will fit you. And, if I'm reading the sizing correctly, they appear to be F-width, which in Lobb is wide (E is their equivalent of US D). Therefore, if I were to guess the size in the US system, I'd say 12E. So, be absolutely certain that you can return them
for a refund, not a credit, if the fit isn't right. This seller's feedback record doesn't exactly inspire confidence--although, in fairness, it's been good over the past 12 months.
Be careful out there....
