Brooks Brothers has a decent suede blucher with a rubber sole on their website. English made (oh wait, it does not say that, just English suede), welted. $200. Could be a good pick up in their early fall sale...

There's a fine line between specatators and spectacle-tators.

Many pairs here, but close examination--and some queries to the seller--needed. Although they are presented as John Lobb shoes, some don't look like any Lobbs I've seen. (Maybe it's just the way they are pictured--without shoe trees and the vamp/toe area creased and curled.) And size has to be more carefully determined. Thinman, drop everything....
