Yeah, if those were size 10, they would all be in my closet now.

I'd be right there next to you in the poorhouse.

My first reaction is they feel kind of "inside-out"... is that canvas? If the materials (canvas and leather) were reversed, I'd probably like them more... perhaps they are an acquired taste. They would definitely garner second-looks in public, as you certainly don't see this shoe every day! Undoubtedly well-made, however.

I love those double monks, and have considered buying them a number of times. But they look like they have a very thick sole. Maybe it's an optical illusion because of the two colors.

Looks like rubber on top of leather. That would suit the personality of the shoe.

I wonder if the race models are actually made with Nomex material?

Lots of styles/sizes. Check out the leather/suede slip-on Size 10, and the shell cordovan tassel loafers, 9.5A.

I saw those when I was looking through the Nordstrom website before their sale started and passed the link on to my AMG driving friend. I'll stick with my Alpine Stars for driving though.

you can tell you from that picture that this particular AE Bradley has the combination heel - if you look closely, the bottom layer of the heel is tan, which means combination heel.

Tramezzas are generally narrow so the EE width is often sold as regular and few stores stock the D widths. I am not sure about these particular ones but I had emailed the seller (about getting some 9.5s) and he said these were all samples and they ran a bit large (but not 9.5 large ). Not sure exactly what that means but perhaps contact him (Greg) to see. He is usually quite responsive.

I am a UK 9.5, usually 10.5 is AE and Alden, have worn 10 in Martegani and Borgioli, 9.5 in Santoni FAM.

Any insight would be much appreciated!

You likely need a 10.5 Tramezza depending on the last.

I'm thinking the material might be linen.
