For other gentlemen with larger feet, AE has up some Townsley cordovan models in 12E and 13E on their ebay auction page, with a $250 BIN option.

New Tramezza Brown Semi-brogues 9D/C. I would buy these in a minute if they were my size.

Those are gorgeous. Do shoes shrink ? I'm a 8.5 ...
I think those are on the 82 last rather than the 202 as stated by the seller. Any thoughts ?
No, it is the 202. The 202 just looks a lot more elegant in larger sizes. In a 12D UK size it is positively elegant.

Here are some interesting shoe/shoemaking books, including "The Last Shall be First":

I woke up just in time to buy "The Last Shall be First."
Is this book hard to find in the States?

I hope I don't get gouged on shipping.

The ones I have seen have been between $60 and $80.

Old Johnston and Murphy's, "Hand Made 100's" in brown and black. They're kind of pricey though. I'm sure the reserves are probably set close to his BIN options.
