Old school Allen Edmonds Size 12.5 AAA , a style that AE called the "Tom, Dick and Harry". Good looking shoes and interesting name (certainly a more interesting name that alot of the current offering- though the "Libourel" if ever made, will give the "Tom, Dick and Harry" a run for its money.

25 bucks. Heh.
Historical shoe polish.

Look at the address: Westminster Works, Oliver Street. That's the current John Lobb factory, which Edward Green left at some point in the early 90s.

Gosh, that shoe polish must be all dried-out.

Seconded! I don't like 'em on loafers (or loafers in general, for that matter), but on laces ...

weird, I've seen a pair of AE "Tom, Dick & Harry" at a local thrift shop that looked totally different. It was a black wingtip blucher w/ lotsa broguing I believe...?

Those Lobbs are a really cool shade of blue. They would be pretty sweet with some cream/ivory pants. Light tan or light gray would look great too.

God those are FUGLY

Anyone have an idea what the true retail would be on these beauties?

And since I doubt G & H makes their own shoes, anyone know who the maker might be?

£225 (or about $444.44) I prefer the original brogue version to the loafer though: "In order to achieve a non-symmetrical pattern to the tiny holes, G&H shot a shoe from a distance of 12 feet. The pellet pattern in the shot shoe was transferred to a computer." So it's a very authentic shoe. Perfect gift for Vice Pres. Cheney?

I particularly like the seller's description of this design: "...this is a high quality benchmade english shoe. hand burnished tan leather uppers and sole, with the now classic random punch hole design on the toe area." (Bold italics mine.) I wonder which of the several meanings of "classic" s/he is referring to!

Jackpot of NIB Carmina shoes priced at 25 Euros...They are listed as women's shoes but are definitely men's! Only small sizes, though. Sizes 36-37.5 with spectators and monks.
