Caveat emptor but I wouldn't put too much stock in these sellers' ability to accurately measure shoes. That said, Zegnas do tend to run somewhat narrow on average.

These run large I believe so perhaps fit a 12.5-13

anyone have experience with this seller? he often relists the same shoes over and over so doesn't seem to be offering any bargains...

For my fellow gentlemen with larger feet, here's a $240 BIN option for a pair of older, yet new, Ralph Lauren monk straps, size 12: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-POLO-RALPH-L...em190096010500

Made by Crockett and Jones I think? There are more nails in the heel than what I'm used to seeing so I'm not sure.

Yup, those are Crockett & Jones. They're the Middleton model, which I believe was replaced by the Grosvenor.

Wow! I have no idea why the scammers are being so aggressive with this particular auction. I should probably start these items at $200 in the future to avoid this kind of stuff.

They look pretty crappy to me. Not the English-made RLs.

They're used. You can buy new and pristine park avenues for the same amount or even less if you're patient.

As for the topy's (the added rubber soles), they're a good idea if you live in someplace like Seattle like me, where the wet weather will quickly destroy any leather sole and if you need some extra traction. If you're in a warmer (desert?) area, it's not really an issue.

They're in awfully good condition. If you would otherwise pay for the topys yourself, I think it's a reasonable price.

He doesn't drop his prices and some of them tend to be on the pricey side but that's a fair price for the FAM. I haven't bought from him/her but I have heard favorable comments from others and he's been around a while.
