looks interesting:

i asked about the 11.5 inch measurements, and they're external, so it suggests something in the size 7 or 8 range, maybe. i was hoping they would be internal, in which case they may have fitted me.

I asked the seller for the size that's printed inside the boots. I'm waiting to hear back from him.

They're my size, but they have too much going on with all the buckles....

He seems to have gotten a number of size 12s in. I like his goods on average.

You should pick up the Berluti wholecuts!

Are they your size, Kronik? Or just a tad large? I love the writing on the left shoe... very cool.

Tad large, I'm a 10.5D - 11.5D depending on the shoe.

Wow, these are really cool! Right now they are at $20, which will probably certainly go up by the auction close. But they will probably still sell for a very attractive price. I've Emailed the seller as to their approximate age.

I wish they were bigger. They remind me of a certain pair of antique boots A/K/A roller skates , but these are priced much more attractively and are at least as desirable.

Well I wouldn't wear them with a suit necessarily, but with jeans I think they'd be quite the conversation starter!

I like them and would only wear them casually as well. It looks like there's also some sort of seal or stamp on the right shoe.

But wouldn't that conversation start with "what the f**k happened to your shoes?"

I would wear them if I was into the written word, sold pens or a poet.
