Isn't this the shoe BB sold incorrectly for $114 and had to change the price to $214?

The spectators, yes. I don't think there were any chukkas at that price.

Formal event, yes. Job interview, no. Lace-ups only for a job interview, imho.

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=64175850 This should work too, not sure if its legal when mounted in the case though. Any opinions on this vintage Samsonite case? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...6657&rd=1&rd=1

Probably just have to get your CLEO to sign off and pay the $200 AOW tax stamp (or was that one $5?) to the ATF. I just dropped a pile of cash on a new sig rifle and optics so I think I'll sit those auctions out ;-)

E= wide? I thought E was medium (US D). Wrinkles for only 10 wears?
I agree, It's still a beautiful shoe.

That's correct, these are regular width. I've concluded that Vintage '99s are great.

It's probably my favorite of all the vintage Lobb styles. I almost bought a pair in black. The burgundy is much nicer though. There is however something about that row of double stitching running all the way around that kinda turned me off in the end. The shoe is sort of like a wholecut with an identity crisis.

They are nice, but I'm curious what about them triggers such superlatives.
