I get the sense our German friend is having a very good month and that the Vass workshop is making up an unusually high number of U lasts.

gentalman the owner/seller of this partcular VASS shoe is very familiar with distributer face to face.I,ve purchased several of VASS shoes using pay pal
but I am not familiar on the receiving end .if i were i would gladly except it.
example these are two out of five that i own. i have multiple pairs of handmades that cost two and three times this amount .but vass is the shoe that i trust the most. if you have any questions in referance to those particular shoes please fill free to ask .also this shoe is a P2 last which has only seen my carpet and garage it has never been on any tours like would have liked.

Sadly, I got outbid on both of those Jil Sanders.
We were talking about another pair of boots - some Lobbs.

My bad. I should have known better, what was I thinking contradicting aportnoy on anything pertaining to shoes

Very nice toe shape, close soles, medallion, and of course colour. The long wing style perfs are interesting.

I also really like them...They're like the Allen-Edmonds Fairfax, but much more elegant (and presumably of substantially higher quality).

If they were in my size, Aportnoy would have beaten me to them

I got the German gunboats through BIN. I'll post pics when they arrive. And they're WIDE also. Perfect.

Thanks aportnoy. About how much have you been paying in shipping from Germany?

Way to go billiebob! Glad to of service to you. I have a PDF of the latest Dinkelacker shoe catalog that is really cool. If you'd like a copy, PM me your email address and I'll send it along. Shipping from Europe generally runs anywhere from 20-30 euros.
