His asking price is quite high for obviously seconds shoes - is it me or are they scratched to hell?

How do you know they're seconds?

There are a few small scuffs but nothing I'd consider major and which would come out with a good polish. They look great and the opening price is fair imo. The trees themselves are worth at least $150.

That is definitely Bennies stock. I was there in August and remember the J&M and Grenson in small sizes. I strongly doubt it's Bennies themselves though.

edit: Currently no bids and at $110 shipped.

Seller is new, but has a decent selection of shoes for sale.

The shoes that he sells are all dry to the bone. Top layer would peel off like an old paint. He has good looking shoes, but a lot of them in extremely narrow last that would fit only the narrowest or a woman's foot.

I have two pairs of PS Grensons in this style and they do run smaller than other Grenson Masterpiece shoes I have in the same size.

Nice-looking English velvet slippers, leather-soled:
Size 6 reference is probably a US size 7.

Does anyone know what the Crockett & Jones last the following shoe on sale from Grapevinehill is on? It is listed as Polo "Sheldon" model. I'm not a size 11 but I'm hoping a 9 or 9.5 eventually comes up.

Also is there a model that this shoe corresponds to in the regular benchmade C&J lineup? The Malvern and Grosvernor don't seem to quite match. Link to Shoe

Thanks
