Sir, I don't have links right now but some German dude is always selling loads of old Peal and Florsheim.  As some of the Peal has the George V Royal Warrant I daresay it's of fine vintage.  I believe the sizes occasionally encompass your own as well. Happy ebaying.
You mean old stock Flor's too?

RJ, I'm with you on these. I love them. The two-tone is unique too. I've been keeping an eye out for a pair in my size. Maybe a pair by Cleverley? McAfee would do too.

Also, there are THREE pairs of bespoke Lobb St James shoes on ebay right now, around size 9.5.  Wellingtons, walking boots and wingtip derbies. Kabert: Berlutis are UK-sized.

Foster & Son nearly new 88-last EG in 7.5-8 on ebay.  Too busy to put link. Really too bad there's no Cleverley -- they were Terry Stamp's favorite until his feet changed.  He's likely their most famous and certainly their most outspoken living customer. Sorry manton.
