Edit: It may be a reduced resolution camera that is hiding the creasing, but that looks like slightly dried shell to me (which, despite the seemingly prevailing opinion on this board, a few hand applied applications of Lexol worked in over a few weeks moisturizes beautifully). Who knows, I still think they're nice salt/snow/slush shoes.
If you buy them and they are shell, I'll pay for them. If you buy them and they are not, $20 to me???
