Cool Shoes, Paraphernalia & Desiderata - Page 991

Thanks, it's possible but hard to tell from the one picture of the upper. I've never heard of McAfee using shell and the medallion seems finely punched (not usually characteristic of shell) . Then again, the vamp has that hazy look of shell. Either way, it's a quality shoe for a very low price

Swaine Adeney & Brigg English Bridle Leather Briefcase This has been listed before - not sure what price. Not a bad deal.

Thanks.
Also, my BIN price is just to get views and offers. I hardly expect to get a fraction of that.

I will offer you €205 for it. I am serious, it is for personal use not flipping.

That Ettinger seller is so honest that they refunded part of what I paid for shipping since their cost was lower. I am quite impressed.

FYI this really works!
I had a Brioni leather jacket which I wanted $1k on, so I listed it at $2999 BIN/BO on ebay, and got tons of views on it and all my other items - and ultimately got an offer $1500 - heck I would've taken $900 for it!
Gotta love ebay

Gotta love ebay

ORLY? I've been eBaying for over a decade, and have never heard of this technique ... I always thought that pricing "right" from the start and negotiating back to near the Asking Price was the trick, but it turns out that this works? I always feel bad making lowball offers on stuff ...

I've been doing ebay for 6 years and just started this - and so far it's been working...
the new Best Offer feature is great...people lowball me, and think they're getting a steal, when in essence, I could/would have listed it for even lower!

Well, if Amnon accepts the offer, and he does buy it to flip, he could take really great non-deceptive photographs
