Florsheim Imperial Shell Cordovan longwings.....just barely worn. Size 9.5D. Still has six days to go and will probably go for more than I can spend right now, but they're beautiful shoes. http://cgi.ebay.com/FLORSHEIM-SHELL-...item27ad99eead

RJman, how much stuff do you buy on eBay? Surely some of the items are too good to pass up and you end up buying them. With the span of your searches, I am guessing you come across quite a few.

I was going to say I don't buy very much, but I stacked the Bing discount and other reductions I had and bought an enormous Hermes leather notebook cover today from the infamous stilmacher, so I need to lie low. Let's say generally I don't buy much. I have my eye out for certain VERY specific things (no, I won't say what, although it's nothing edmorel would mention) and have a number of extremely precise searches for them. I also cast a broad net for certain things in order to catch, say, different names they would have sold under, or just things that I think are interesting. In this way I take a look at whatever new has popped up every day and it takes about 15-20 minutes on the whole to do all the searches I have. I don't post here every day, so that when I do post a great number of things get coughed up. Further, I watch a lot of things simply out of curiosity. There's a lot of quirky vintage stuff that gets put on the bay.
