I would so spend the 1000 bucks I don't have right now on these shoes if they were my size.

This is my size. And I may have the $$$ for it. But not so sure about the color. I would so get this if they were black!

They are shell cordovan, though.

I think there have been previous threads about hogspear. He's a really interesting U.K. seller. Seems to be very reputable and his items are unusual, going back to the British Raj!

vote4tom has listed his 1922 "Priceless Lobb Boots(Iceskates)", for $10,000 this time. Yes you are reading that right. And here is a pair of 1910 Lobb boots that hogspear sold for $382.00, that are probably as rare and desirable than vot4tom's boots!

Here are vote4toms 1922 Lobb boots:

And here are hogspears 1910 Lobb boots:

Nice, do you have a link to the original auction?

Shell cord u-last wholecuts, bnib non-reject it would appear.

Doesn't get a whole lot better - first shoe I could have justified 1k on. It's difficult with Lobbs because I know a second will roll around eventually and honestly (most of) the defects I see are superficial and definitely worth saving 350 for.

I bought my first pristage line Lobbs when in London after never seeing Jermyn II seconds pop up on ebay in my size over the year I was watching for them. The week after I got back from the trip then seconds popped up for less than half the price I paid

I noticed several pairs of Vass in 9.5 on eBay last night. Now I see they're not just limited to 9.5. ... Wonder where they all came from.
