I saw those this AM. Where is the best place to buy these other than eBay? Meaning, the PLAL / Pediwear for Alden?

Part of the reason is the dark environment and the heavy flash.

Trickers on ebay, could be a very good deal. After folks found out Trickers made shoes/boots for Thom Browne, Trickers is getting more respect. These boots may sell for less than $250. That's better than buying discounted CJs from Plal and Pediwear?

Does anyone else find thus style of Jodhpur boots interesting? How about it black? I have an older vintage pair that is just like these, only black and have not yet brought myself to wear them.

Polo sold a boot like this in brown shell cordovan a couple years back, which I own. The manufacturer was most likely Crockett and Jones. Very good style and very quality, if you can find it on ebay.

The back strap takes some getting to, though. First couple times I wore them, it took a while to get them buckled up.

What does this have to do with shoes?

^Cool eBay finds abound in this thread, many of which are unrelated to shoes.

Here's a little something to help you turn that frown upside down:

C&J for RL Brown Shell Cordovan NIB with aftermarket tweeks at $4.99 no reserve and no mention of cordovan.

So that you don't have to rent shoes for the wedding---they're not talking about renting patent leather pumps, they're talking about renting shoes:
