Dan, armyhardhat, is a great seller and will work with you on price. He'll let you know what he can and can't do as far as the "out the door" price.

(a) They don't look new because of the wrinkles in the uppers, although the sole looks pristine, so perhaps they were not worn much (several pidals, where 1 pidal unit = 2 hours of wear on carpeted surfaces).

(b) They are bespoke, so I think there are a lot of variables about fit that you won't be able to nail down. Because they are boots, it will be even more difficult because you don't have laces you can tighten or relax as needed.

Otherwise, they're pretty neat.

I have been going back and forth with this seller for about a month now....finally got a price I could digest. They are a piss shoot on the fit, minor saving grace is the single buckle for fit....it can be adjusted a little, but they look wide wide...... but there is a 3 day return policy....I just hope they fit... Regards.

I would tend to guess Italy. The English version is storm welted.

BTW, what is up with the funky size conversion chart in that auction?

Looks like the winner got a real bargain though.

That seller is a F'in Piece of Sh!T. I won those boots a month ago. He refused to ship them saying that he made a mistake. He told me that they weren't John Lobbs, but they were "John Dobbs." Lying sack of Shit... Check his feedback.
