A Harris posted that they are EG earlier in this thread when RJMan first found them (I bought them from a seller in Germany for $166+17 for the heels.)

Well . . . I decided it is time to replace the trusty valet with an upgrade. So, I hopped onto eBay in search of something interesting. This one is just a little rich for me. However, one of you high-rolling iGents can avoid groupthink and own this one-of-a-kind Paul Dupre-Lafron valet designed for Hermès if you hurry. The auction ends tomorrow and the bid is still under $10,000 at this moment.

These shell cordovan derbies should make some Sz UK 10 wearer very very happy. Anyone know whether these are US 10.5 or 11? I have a feeling they will fit an 11D. $213 after cashback!!

Impulse buy, what did I just win? Are they shell or calf?

Why don't you list the size in the auction?

Hmm! Hard to say. The heels and soles indicate "not shell", but the uppers have the sheen of cordovan. I suppose they could be CG. You won't really know until they arrive.

The stamp inside the shoe indicates that they are size 11.5 Narrow but the measuremnts seem smaller so I figured I'd leave it up to the buyer to figure out based on the length and width.

I know many say to move down 1 full size, but my experience is that I only move down 1/2 size for English shoes. However, I've read that Trickers run big and that maybe the full size down is necessary. I like those shoes quite a bit and if I felt they fit my 10.5 US, I would buy them. They look black in the photo, but are listed as brown.

Someone on SF sold a similar pair of cordovan Trickers and said they run a full size from UK to US.
