Oh, wait, that's just the brand name. I'm an idiot. The link is already copied, though, so here you go:

I didn't doubt it. Who won them? I put in a low snipe, but I admit, my heart wasn't in it.

I mean, in her case it began with "that's", but it hardly matters.

Hrm ... UK size 11 brown chelsea boots, made in England. No brand/maker listed, and the seller says they're "handmade." They're welted, at least, and come with bags and trees. Leather looks nice in one pic, pretty shiny in another; seller describes it as "premium grade." BIN is $150.

Might be worth a few questions to the seller, at least.

I won. Thanks for taking it easy on me bidwise. I actually had the slightest of doubts but figured that Nettleton wouldn't have made a burgundy calf double sole wingtip of that vintage. I haven't seen as many relatively affordable shell on ebay for a two month stretch as I've seen lately.

I had a snipe in on them as well. You wanted them more than I. Enjoy!

I was thinking much the same. I didn't set a snipe and I think my max bid was only about $90. If you don't mind saying, how high was your snipe? I'm suffering from low bidders remorse.

funny, I had a snipe in too but it was low as I think they would have been a little big for me. If they were 11.5, I would have gone to $125.

I had doubts actually. It looked like antiqued cheap leather I have seen on some older shoes. Anyone know for sure?

There is common misunderstanding of what the labeled size on tricker's means. I would ask for a picture. Trickers always shows half sizes with the fraction "1/2"

"9.5" means size 9, 5 medium width
"9 1/2 . 5" means size 9 and a half, medium width

I owned these shoes in brown and thought they ran the full size UK/US conversion.
