With that woodgrain, baby! Anyone have the link to "Teacher Dates Yo Goddamn Flo'shims"? Or was that someone else?

There seem to be more of that era on ebay lately, a few months ago wood grain was nonexistent and everything was...whatever came after that.

EG for RLPL black penny loafers (bags, no box), 8D, starting at $99. Auction doesn't end for 8+ days, so who knows what they'll end at.

Look to be in pretty good shape.

I'm no expert on leathers, but I think they look more like these ranch oxhide McAffee/Church's that I have posted in B&S http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=80768, than they do scotch grain.

Does anyone know about Hegarty Shoes?

I bought a pair of NOS cordovan shoes of this brand about a month ago, but I cannot find anything about who made'em. The seller claim that they're made in England. In the insole reads: "Hegarty shoes. Market Place. Kettering"

Any clues?

Kettering is just down the road from Northampton, if that helps any.

Trying to decide if I like these. Maybe they're a bit too sleek? Anyone?

Sleek? Those are nothing compared to these:

I think Ron has them in black, grey, blue and light brown...

Was there a doubt about the Nettletons being Shell? Relatively low price was a surprise.
