These don't look like any EGs I've seen... any thoughts? http://cgi.ebay.com/SIZE-6-MAGNIFICE...QQcmdZViewItem
You see those from time to time, American or Italian made shoes that were 'designed' by Edward Green. Usually they were made for Paul Stuart.

I hope no one gets on my case about posting these but they are actually great shoes. Great leather, sexy last, and genuine goodyear welt. The price is definitely right.

Not sure about the statement about made for Dunhill ...
And it looks to me like there is a double row of nails, so no C&J. perhaps Grenson?
Anyway below 30$ per pair with 22 hrs to go.
Id like them if they where new ...

Please advise what date/era and maker is a New and Lingwood UK9.5E wine red burgundy punched captoe shoe I have? The heel pad says:

New and Lingwood incorporating Poulsen Skone & Co 53 Jermyn Street St James London SW1

and then a heel with a double row of steel nails on the right side of the heel 1/4 of the half moon with a single row round the rest of the arc?

These shoes are EG quality when I compare them with my 202s.

They will be going up for sale BTW. They have a 2 inch high heel counter which won't accomodate my orthotic.

Good! I think you have an excellent chance considering you're the first bidder and the amount of time left. I wish they were my size. Damn.
