You can tell that someone with orthotics wore those. See the marks left behind by the heel posts? That wouldn't affect anything, though.

I don't know who would buy these for $50, but they appear to be shoe lasts or rather complicated trees... for Bigfoot:

For $30, I might still take them. They look exactly like a chukka version of the made-in-italy dirty bucks, and those have a pretty nice shape to them.

What kind of offers do you think they'll get on these?

Florsheim use to make a very nice shoe, particularly the Royal Imperial line, but at no time were they anywhere near the quality of Lobb or Vass.

Good quality, dated shoes? I'd offer him $100, maybe, if they really, really appealed to me.

The shoe trees and the "zippered shoe carrier" are less than 5 years old, probably crap he had lying around the house. The shoes are probably from 1980 or so, they are one of the worst designs Florsheim ever made. if they were worn they would be worth less than $20.00. I have seen tons of them at my thrift shop for $6.99. I would value the shoes in his listing at about $50-60. Also, even though I love florsheim, the seller deserves an E-SLAP for putting Lobb and Vass in his title. I mean come on, maybe you can sneak it into a Grenson listing, but these florsheim loafers???

Am I seeing things, or are the heels on those Florsheims really high?
They look a bit like disco shoes...
