Church's marks their soles in this fashion and I have seen them consistently put the extra zero as if to denote .0 on the 41. In my experience the Church's 41 corresponds to a US 9 give or take.

Agreed, times are getting tough, but at least men's shoes are still selling, go and give women's a try. Fringe sizes are really a hard to get any kind of bidding action on, especially if you don't ship internationally, those are perfect for someone in Japan
