Only one way to get to the bottom of this.....when the sealed box arrives at your door please open the sealed box for inspection. Then close it very carefully

You know, no AE I have ever seen has the sizing fraction. However, the writing font is exactly the same as AE. Also, the sole is not typical of Alden, but the heel pad is similarly raised like Alden's. Quite a mystery indeed.

I think it's kind of ugly. You did well not to buy it.

I have two pair of the alleged AE Faconnable shoes, one purchased from Portwash Shoes, and there is no doubt in my mind they are rebadged Allen Edmonds.

Killer deals at 75 GBP on these Grenson MP for small feet:

More $ (130GBP) but still worth it for these Stuart's Choice dark brown captoes 11.5 (and 9D too)

Really good design, although more of a pain to buckle up compared to other designs.

That's odd, a pair of Ludlows languished here for several months and no one bit.

Seemingly vintage shoe-trees from a 0-feedback seller. Listed as "wooden shoe horn". Move quickly if interested!

They look like four right feet.
