For UK members: 8.5 UK C&J Berkeley semi-brogue in burgundy at ~14 GBP (30 USD) with about 30 minutes to go. Could use a good cleaning/polish though. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=013

I had this model at one point - never got around to wearing them, so I flipped them on ebay. Very good looking boot.

Are these the good ones? I'm assuming they're old enough to be pre-Prada?

I am all for moving beyond the brown and black shoes but I once had a pair of purple suede shoes, they are somewhat difficult to carry off.

These remind me of the "New" J&M I found on floating out on eBay with the half-sole replacements and well worn insides.

I'm unsure which is the greater transgression

To think, an animal died for these?! Shameful... (would that be on the "coal shovel" last?)

Actually, probably more than a few animals died for these since I have yet to meet a vegetarian alligator and/or crocodile.
