H&K collar stiffeners -- supposedly steel but I thought the only metal H&K makes them in is silver? YMMV:

I'd suggest making an offer on this, as it is not going to sell otherwise -- Kilgour suede jacket made in England:

Tellmans mayabe? 10.5D

http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Benchmade-Ralph-Lauren-Polo-Brown-Leather-Shoes

Tellmans for sure. 12D. And with the (currently) 15% rebate from live.com, they start to look like a decent price at BIN.

http://cgi.ebay.com/New-POLO-RALPH-LAUREN-Black-OXFORDS-SHOES-Mens-12

And WTF is going on here? These are odd. The waist treatment doesn't seem to match the, um, aesthetic(?) of the rest of the shoe.

I was going to edit my previous post, but this one is good enough it deserves its own post:

I know we've got a couple of 13s on this forum. I'll be bummed if one of them doesn't pick these up, cost be damned.

Anyone know if these would be worth it and if they'd run large? Nobody has bid yet and I was thinking of making a run at it.

I asked seller about inside marking.
Here is an answer.
as marked inside boots
562/D 9
6647

My guess is they were made by Cheaney.

I hated that fucking movie but like those slippers. I'm quite torn. IF they stay cheap I might have to. Good conversation piece anyway.

I haven't yet seen the movie but I heard a great interview about it with John C Riley and the co-writer or producer or director or whateverthehell he was on NPR. Funny stuff.
