Congratulations to all the new dads and dads too be. Fatherhood is a wonderful, exciting, frustrating and exhausting job. But as thrifters, you have something fun to teach your kid on top of sports, reading etc... I play a game with my kids now (13 and 11 year old boys). I give them $10 each and tell them to go make their months allowance :decisions:

The first time we played was last week and the 13 year old brought me a RLBL shirt in good condition and the 11 year old brought me two BB slim fit shirts (they both know to only pick up slim fit BB). I calculated the potential trade/sale value and gave them both $30 for the month

I checked Urban Dictionary and neither of those terms have been defined yet. You, sir, are cutting edge!

When the Orlebar Browns arrive, you better try some on so that I can judge what size to buy. Fit pics not required. eek.gif

Took the day off to support my wife with an event she was presenting at.  There was a 3 hour window where she was preparing with some of her team, so you all know what I did.  Was going through the sweaters at one place that I know is heavily trafficked by flippers, and was shocked to see the Moncler logo!  Even more shocking was that it was brand new with tags, it must have flown under the radar because it was last week's tags colors.  Either that or the $14.99 price tag?? That was a nice fist pump moment. Its this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/350-NWT-NEW-MENS-MONCLER-V-NECK-TRICOT-WOOL-SWEATER-SIZE-M-/390743734492?pt=US_CSA_MC_Sweaters&hash=item5afa2438dc Found a bunch of other stuff including my first Alexander McQueen, a pair of cool trousers for me, a nearly brand new pair of navy Hugo Boss flat fronts (5% cashmere), mint D&G dress shirt, Robert Graham, Vineyard Vines, Oxxford suit for $25 (top of suit budget for me, but worth it), various zegna and other middling level stuff for me to pedal on the internets.  Sorry, I'm not sorry to anyones toes I stepped on in Boston. :nest:

Blah blah blah shut up concealed, pics or it didn't happen.

Trying to determine the correct size for the first suit I've measured without a size tag.  I found a few websites with various charts/tables and from there made en educated guess.  I'm thinking 36S?

Shoulder: 18

Chest: 40

Waist: 36

Length: 29

Sleeves: 21.5
