Somewhat speaking of. It's not quite Cross Colors but definitely from the same era. Weird thick cotton/poly blend that almost feels like a sweatshirt.

I'm sure you'll be less inept when the time comes.

One would hope. But make sure you tell us which hospital so we can go elsewhere. spam[1].gif

Brioni light cottone jacket jacked up by mentally deficient workers = no cop

Zipper was forced closed. Two holes from bad tagging.

Odd jacket. Poorly thought out in design. Horrible cut. Would have copped to hit off one of the brioni fan boys on here but it was toast. Also no cop on the Dunhill silk sweater. Very dated and not in a cool or interesting way.

While I agree the thought matters, and it matters a lot, to many women, the ring is indicative of how you value her.

I should also say: Great story Wes. Knowing how hard you worked for it is probably 95% of the value to her.

Not sure about the safety of giving a dishwasher as an anniversary gift though.

It was an engagement anniversary, which basically is not a real holiday/anniversary. She used the shit out of that thing, we had to replace it last year.

Thrift fit?

Harris tweed SC from a flea market (had tailored)

PRL banker stripe shirt (thrifted)

BB makers tie (Thanks @jgill79)

Old belt I had.

Thrifted Lands end maroon cords (a little bit in the waist but it's acceptable)

JM longwing kiltie tassle loafers (ebay'ed for about 50 bucks but they were essentially brand new!)

Got this on lock.

Alright, seriously though. My intention with the button comment was just that I thought it was funny because she didn't expect me to be wearing snap buttons. The same thing would probably have happened for a button fly.

I'm not saying what did or didn't happen afterwards, but I never intended the comment to be related to a metric of intelligence. It's not.

That's all I have to say about that.

It was all in good fun. I swear to god! But I could see how someone could be offended by it. Brb, editing my comment.
