on thrifting topic: If anyone has a pair of shoe trees for loafers that you want to trade/sell PM me!

As soon as I've got enough cash after paying my tax bill, I'm buying a snowblower... and then it will never snow again.

Seems to be the case up here too. Last year there were tons of amazing coats. I still see a pretty large number of women's coats, but the selection of men's winter outerwear has been ridiculously stingy.

Although I did pick up a Canali wool overcoat the other day for $5.

Some pickups in the last month or so.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
J.Crew corduroy blazer, 3roll2, working cuffs. Size L. Available

Barcelino DB SC (odd buttons) 80/20 wool/cashmere, no vent. 48R EU (yeah, since I'm a 48R I tried it, but I looked like Chris Farley). Probably shouldn't have picked this up with the no vent, but leave no cashmere behind and it was cheap. Availalble

Magee Donegal Tweed SC, dual vent. 42S. Available - perfect attire for upcoming St. Patrick's Day!

RLBL NWT Monza indigo jeans (TJ Maxx). Size 36-34. Available

Very nice. I always hope I'll come up on some at a thrift here, but never see them.

I love the photo of you with a cat in the pocket on your blog (and I like the other stuff there too)

Thanks dude! He's a pretty weird cat.

Just one find today, shades of grey with sweet fabric for myself.

A first for me. There is some lining damage in the armpit, but I couldn't leave this behind.

3/2 Anderson & Sheppard Blazer with working cuffs, side vents, and hand work everywhere. It fits me in the shoulders, chest, and my gut, but is too long. Such a disappointment. :freeze:

Poorly lit iPhone photos. (Click to show)

That pit damage is an easy fix if you're the least bit handy with a needle.

I pick up jackets like that if they fit me and fix them up. It takes me about 5-10 mins to do the repair and it's like it was never damaged in the first place!
