I disagree about Made and Crafted jeans. They look great and fit well also. I also get tons of compliments on them from women compared to my other jeans (NF, nudies, Levis XXX, and japanese one's).  The quality on the Made and Crafted are what true mid-tier jeans should be.

Not understanding the hate on them..

namdaemun not sure what you are disagreeing with? My issue is retail price vs. Build quality. I own two pairs. At the right price I may buy more. Regular levis, most Japanese denim, n&f generally fit horribly and look like standard jeans to most people.

No e beef buddy in fact I think we agree on the broad strokes.

Wolverines are so cool. I just got a pair of wolverines 1000 miles in brown suede size 7 1/2. They have nails in the rubber soles, I don't think I've ever seen that.

I'd say it depends on what the material is. Is that GoreTex? Non-waterproof? I can't really tell from the pic. Mountain Hardwear makes a very wide range of pieces.

If it's for you and the material isn't compromised, then I would say it's a kop. Same if it's for resale. Minor scrapes will take the value of stuff like this down, but climbers and hikers tend to be on the cheapskate side, so a few scrapes here and there aren't going to deter them as long as the piece is still functional. You'll get less for it than if it was in perfect condition, but still decent. I've been getting $35-$65 for Mountain Hardwear fleeces (I just sold a roughly 15 year old one for the high end), and $40-$60 for soft shell jackets. GoreTex can be tricky though... The newer GoreTex fabrics are a lot better than the old ones, so they will tend to bring a much higher price. GoreTex is more fragile than other fabrics, so really go through it with a fine-toothed come looking for holes.

Found these inside the pocket of an overcoat on a rack. Nowhere near as vintage as Spoo's find last week, but this guy gets some points for fresh breath.

Speaking of T&A, I came across my first one today (although it's a too-bright red with dark dots). Also found a questionably thin Charvet. Does anyone happen to know its authenticity? Are they ever faked?

Interesting PRL cable knit with elbow patches.

Older pair of Big John Japanese denim. I see that the new repros are all the rage right now, but is there any love for these?

Oh, I wasn't speaking to you just speaking out in general who didn't like MnC jeans.

how do you know these are church's?

All you can barely see is a script without seeing the nails or pattern. Am I missing something?
