There's a Goodwill on Palm Beach island. I stopped by thinking it might be a relatively untapped resource, but I was disappointed. Granted, I have only gone once. Because of their hours, I am limited to only going on weekends, which sucks.

Not a thrift store buy, but I got this on ebay for $35 (possibly from one of you).

hey guys, any info on authenticating a burberry london (blue label) coat? It was a duffle coat with horn (i think) toggles. It had a substantial weight to it, felt nice, and I liked it but the price was a bit high for me to take the risk.

also saw some 4 stroke jeans 35x35 i can proxy if there's interest.

Anyone here interested in a Polo University Club suit, 41R? Glen plaid light navy, single vent, half canvassed. Forget if the pants were pleated or not. Nice looking suit, but they don't seem to sell well on e-bay, so I left it, but I'm willing to go back later today if there's interest.

made a quick stop at this tiny store in a very fairly poor town in western mass that I happened to be in for something completely unrelated

There were 3 suits and 1 blazer 3x Zegna (2 of which are double vented and recent, one a little bit older) & 1 Brioni for Maus+Haufmann blue blazer with cool buttons (44-46ish)

A little more than regular thrift prices, but not a bad trip

I've been trying to think of a good image that people could post when someone asks about an old Lanvin, Dior or YSL piece. I was thinking...

Or maybe something a little more tactful.

They seem to do alright on etsy or at least better than they do on eBay

Etsy people seem to be stupider like a couple years ago if you labeled any suit as "slim skinny mod vintage 60s" it would sell for way more than it was worth especially if it was a 3 piece and flannel
