cant wait to watch that one fly high on the 'bay.

^^^^ I don't know what you mean by resold prior to resale. But in general good condition Bally is good for a flip. Nothing crazy, but they move in my experience. Also, im sure you probably already got 2 or 3 PM since they are 7.5 :)

If it's my size and I like it, I'll grab it. Not good for flipping but excellent for personal wear. The Canvas line has a J.Crew vibe to it but is often found a lot cheaper, especially at the Lands End Inlet if you have one of those nearby. Great stuff - good quality for what it is.
Pics or it didn't happen. :D

yeah the #menswear guys on tumblr really love LEC for some reason haha

Ok chilluns, you don't like my brioni, nor my filson, nor my sulka. How about this! If this goes unnoticed I give up haha.

Trying to show the side vents without sticking my hand in there... fail, oh well.

The care tag is the ONLY tag I can find. But the Made in England was all Chester Barrie, right? This is a suit, side vented, ticket pocket, 100% cashmere. The pants are cuffed and double reverse pleated. Am I the only one who has noticed a trend with RL stuff being double reverse pleated? Also, someone on here stated that as their new preference right? Anyway, I think reverse pleats are a lot better than forward, as they dont effect the aesthetic so much but still give my junk room to breathe. Finally, not to be a dick, but this has almost certainly got to go to the bay. If you're prepared to pony up 600+ we can talk, as id rather sell it to someone here, but I NEED the money.

That suit is awesome! Did I miss the size? Yes, it's Chester Barrie. Very nice. I think you have mixed up forward pleats and reverse pleats. RL, thankfully, does forward pleats almost exclusively. Forward pleats are where you slide your hand from the top of the zipper to the outside of the pants and your hand catches in the fabric. Reverse pleats are the opposite and what most US and Italian clothiers use.

EazyE, your musical tastes seem to have improved dramatically since the last collection you posted. Very nice stuff today.

JPMorris: that RLPL cashmere suit is amazing. I can't afford that one, but good lord it is beautiful.

I agree - you can see those cords in her neck sticking out as she holds everything in (including her jowls) for the camera.

That and if you check the naval, and below the shirt in the pic where she's facing away from the camera.

(Turning off computer now. Not sure how I'll get work done, but the images are burned into the screen.)

(And I'm not even so young that I'm ignorantly idealistic.)

The RLPL suit is sick, but expecting over $600 is unrealistic. Unless you're willing to wait for just the right buyer, you're looking at $4-500 on eBay, maybe a little more if it's a rarer, more coveted size like 36-38.

hey guys,

you have any resources for verifying authenticity of a YSL Rive Gauche coat? Googling didn't get me much, but I feel like it must be fake because I never have that kind of luck...

Post a pic here and/or in the Labels, Heels And Nail Patterns thread
http://www.styleforum.net/t/24109/hof-labels-heels-and-nail-patterns-secrets-to-id-the-maker/0_30

And if you're asking this from an iphone in the store, unless it is expensive and they don't take returns, risk it.
